I offer evidence-based, personalized health & wellness coaching as a licensed & nationally board certified clinician, combining clinical knowledge with practical strategies. I focus on lifestyle, nutrition, stress management, and holistic approaches, tailoring every session to your unique needs.

Available via: telemedicine, or telephone call

Pricing:

• First Session: 75 minutes – $275

• Follow-Up Sessions: 60 minutes – $225

For non-cannabis health needs, I offer telemedicine evaluations across Hawai‘i through my Internal Medicine & Geriatrics practice, Aloha Advanced Care, via the HMSA Online Care platform.

Medical Cannabis Consult

New to medical cannabis or unsure how to determine your dose? I provide expert, personalized guidance to help you use cannabis safely and effectively. Services are available to both new and existing patients.

  • Returning patients with prior medical consult follow up $100 & add a 329 renewal for 1 year for $75 or $125 for 2 year renewals.
